Our establishment really is like a delicate vanilla pod; aromatic, delicious, sweet and enveloping.
It only takes a glance to instantly understand that frenzy, stress and obligations are not allowed in.
As with a lot of things, it was all born from passion and curiosity for other cultures, in our case that of the United States of America and England.
This is where we go every summer. Following specific cookery courses we have learnt the methods and ingredients that make many flavorsome authentic masterpiece creations.
